Terms and Conditions for these Sales
- 1. Sales of products “as is” and “where is.”
- 2. Cash on delivery to Buyer’s hands.
- 3. We cannot assist with loading purchased items into Buyer’s vehicle, but Buyer may need to assist us in making the items accessible.
- 4. No refunds unless the Sellers agree to reasonable requests without argument.
- 5. No legal recourse is allowed.
- 6. The sale is effective as soon as money changes hands, and this must happen before the Buyer loads his purchases.
- 7. The Buyer is responsible for any damage or injuries made in our apartment, basement, building public areas, parking and garage and for damage to his purchased goods in loading or transporting.
- 8. Buyer will provide any packaging material not included as part of the sale.
- 9. There will be no reserved items – all items will be sold to the first buyer offering money.
- 10. All items will be sold in Swiss francs.
- 11. There is no Value Added Tax (MwSt) on these sales.
- 12. COVID-19 measures will be observed. Presently (10.07.2020)
- (1) All Buyer’s participants will wear masks
- (2) Buyers will maintain 1,5 meter separation between persons where possible
- (3) Buyers will sanitise Buyer’s hands prior to entering the premises
- (4) Sellers will not provide masks or sanitising fluid.
